Article I: If someone is either Election Minister or Acting Election Minister, they may not run for election in any elections which they preside over.
Article II: This act shall come into effect on April 20th, 2026.
Article III: This act shall only apply if the number of registered citizens is greater than or equal to the number of positions whose election the Election Minister or Acting Election Minister is presiding over.
