Article 1: Unlawful demoting.
1.1: No user may be demoted without reasoning behind given. (minimum of 2 sentences)
1.2: A person in equal power may not demote a user.
1.3: Illegally demoting a user is considered a violation of this law.
1.4: Co-Owners may not demote the other.
