Act to amend the Map Legislation

Preface: Many of the link placement terms of the "Map Legislation" law make no sense to me. This aims to fix that. (Also some other things bc they don't exist yet for some reason)
Section 1: Terms
Article 1: The article "https://imgur.com/a/gcrB1gJ must be in the sub description" shall be voided and replaced with "https://imgur.com/a/gcrB1gJ must be linked somewhere on the SMP sidebar."
Article 2: The article "(Image) must be the first image on the sub sidebar." shall be voided and replaced with "(Image) must be on the SMP sidebar".
Article 3: Any law that requires any post(s) to be pinned shall henceforth use the definition of being pinned as "Being highlighted for any length of time and being able to be removed based on availability of highlight slots and importance of other pinned posts by moderators based on their judgement.".
Section 2: Enforcement
Article 1: This amendment to the Map Legislation act shall go into affect upon passing.
