Article 2: Consumption of human blood shall be allowed if vampires need, however cow blood will be supplied to them regardless
Article 3: registered and unregistered vampire hunters are not allowed to attack a vampire while they are residing in this space unless the vampire gives its consent in written, verbal, or any other manner
Article 4: hate speech against vampires is prohibited
