Article 1: Along with the next census, and all subsequent censuses, there shall also be a separate collection of data relating to the citizen's place of residence in the map.
Article 1.1: this shall be undertaken by an individual assigned by the Ministry of Census.
Article 1.2: It shall be a completely optional form.
Article 2: Migration from one place to another shall be allowed by filling a new location in this form.
Article 3: Article 2 may be voided after the economy comes out and/or when a better way is decided upon by the Government.
Changes: Article 1.1, 1.2, and making it separate grom the census.
