Anime girl amendment

Preface: It has come to my attention that there aren't enough anime girl pictures in teengov. Henceforth I propose the following amendment.
§1: Definitions
§1.1: "Anime girl" shall be defined as any sexy anime girl image.
§1.2: "Shrimp level" shall be defined as any Anime girl that arouses.
§2: Terms
§2.1: Prior to voting the user must post an image of an anime girl (an image which has not already been posted by somebody else) in either the Discord or onto the SMP via comment or post.
§2.2: Failure to post an anime girl shall result in the right to vote being stripped from the user.
§2.3: Shrimp level anime girls shall be allowed.
§3: Enactment
§3.1: This bill shall go into affect immediately upon passing.
