Definitions: An "entity" is defined as an individual or an organization (Both For-Profit and Non-Profit) or a political party. \----- Article 1: There will be a registry which will contain a list of all justices (past and present), and this shall be maintained by the Judiciary (who can request help from relevant ministries by a majority vote). \----- Article 2: After every trial, a representative the judiciary must release an official statement regarding the outcome of the trial. This statement must be posted on Reddit and must contain the names of the plaintiffs/prosecutors and the defendants. 2.1: The ministry of documentation and/or a member of the judiciary must make an article in the wiki containing the information posted on Reddit for the purposes of documentation. This responsibility will be delegated by the Council. \----- Article 3: The judiciary may conduct Suo Motu actions to address urgent issues in the interests of the people. 3.1: Such an intervention may be struck down by the president unless it is targeted at the president or vice president themselves. 3.2: Such actions need to be justified by previously passed bills and/or the constitution prior to the action being taken. 3.3: Previously passed bills can be struck down by the court if it is deemed to have violated the Constitution. 3.4: The findings of an Ombudsman can be used as backing for such actions in case the subject of the investigation has been found to have violated any laws. 3.5: The courts can summon entities without a case being filed in case there is proof of misconduct. \----- Article 4: Justices can be impeached only by a majority council vote plus approval from both the Vice President and President, with a proper reason given for such a removal. \----- Article 5: The courts may use witness testimony even if said witnesses are not personally present during the trial by the means of text messages and screenshots sent before the official commencement of the trial or during the trial. \-----
