Reworking the first post.
Article I) Harassment and hate speech shall not be tolerated in either the Teen Government Subreddit nor the Teen Government Discord server (and any other official TG spaces). Harassment is defined as attacks against an individual, that is unwanted, demeaning/belittling, and/or threatening/intimidating. Hate speech is defined as any form of communication which aims to threaten, attack, or degrade an individual or community based on personal identity such as race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender, sex, or nationality.
Article II) Immediate punishment is entirely up to mod discretion (on the reddit side and discord side).
Article III) An individual who feels as though another citizen has violated this rule against them may sue in court.
EDIT: Added Article IV.
Article IV) Criticism is defined as an analysis of a subject’s merits and faults. Constructive criticism, which is criticism that serves to build upon an individual’s abilities, as opposed to destruct them, are not considered to be violations of this bill.
EDIT: Removed section on political identity due to the destructive nature of extreme ideologies which aim to hurt communities.
