Article 1: Creation of any new Governmental post (Legislative, Executive or Judiciary) must be announced on the SMP. Article 2: The appointment of any individual to a post must be announced in an official statement by a member of the council and/or the president/vice-president (distinct from the transparency post). Article 2.1: If there is public recruitment, applicants must apply by the method designated by the Government/President. If no method is specified, the default procedure would be for the applicants to write "Interested" on the recruitment post. Article 3: This doesn't apply to appointments made before the passing of this act. Changes: Removed original Article 2, added 2.1
