Article I) Murder is defined by the unlawful killing or cessation of another individual’s life with malice whether intentional, premeditated, or by reckless indifference of a human life. Article II) Murder is prohibited in any, and all TG spaces. No individual may end the life of another individual, unless it is required by medical necessity in a TG hospital. EDIT: added with malice and article III and IV Article III) Murder/Attempted murder in a scenario where it would be necessary, in cases like self-defense, where the perpetrator would be harmed or even killed themselves if they were not to commit murder, can be argued for a lower sentence or even pardoned if such circumstances can be proven. Article IV) Attempted murder is also prohibited, but will not face the same consequences as murder.
