section I)
all people regardless of gender, disability, sexuality, etc must serve for 1+ year or atleast go through basic traning.
section II)
when this act is passed it will come in 3 parts,
first the people 13-16 get drafted, then 16-17 then 18-19.
section III)
the age where the requirement is passed is 30.
section VI)
essensial roles (fire service, police service, etc) are excluded.
