Article 1: The Tengovian military shall be created. Article 2: Anyone can join the military. Article 3: Only the post of "General" shall not be a high office and this post will be a direct appointment by the President and shall be done one month after the creation of the military. Till then the President acts as the commander. Article 4: The General reports directly to the President. Article 5: The members of the military are allowed to possess licensed automatic firearms during their tenure, but have to give them up on leaving the military. Article 6: Military members disobeying orders or misusing their power can be court-martialed. 6.1: During times of war or civil war, civilians can be court-martialed. Article 7: States may have their own militaries, but they will be under the national Tengovian military and have to obey the orders of the commander and the people the commander assigns Article 8: The General is free to create and dissolve posts in the army, but any such action must be announced in a post.
