Article I: Governmental officials may give out symbolic and non-physical Governmental Medals of Honor to registered citizens through one of the two processes listed below.
a. A motion to give a registered citizen a Governmental Medal being passed by Council or
b. Both the President and Vice President agreeing to give a registered citizen a Governmental Medal of Honor.
Article II: Governmental Medals of Honor may be removed from a person who has received them at any time through one of the processes listed below.
a. A motion to remove the Governmental Medal of Honor from that person being passed by Council or
b. Both the President and Vice President agreeing to remove the Governmental Medal of Honor from that person.
Article III: If a Governmental Medal of Honor is given out to or taken back from a person, there shall be a post on the subreddit by either the President, Vice President, Press Minister, or a Council member explaining the decision.
