There are many figures in TG history that we should not pay any more mind. If you have been permabanned, you shouldn't have means to easily interact with the community. This is why I believe the role of the prison server should be reconsidered.
Article 1. The Prison Server shall only house inmates who are going to be banned for less than 3 months.
Article 2: An exception to this will be made for "good behavior" inmates who have not broken TG rules since their conviction. This will be evaluated by the Ombudsman.
Article 3: An exception to this will be made for prisoners on parole.
