Article I: If a Minister is absent or otherwise unavailable and one of their duties must be done within 12 hours, the President may appoint an Acting Minister to take on the unavailable minister’s duties.
Article II: The Acting Minister shall perform the duties of the unavailable minister until at least one of the following occurs:
a. The unavailable minister is impeached or otherwise loses their position as minister and a new minister is confirmed in the previous minister’s position.
b. The unavailable minister becomes available to do their duties.
c. The President recalls the Acting Minister.
d. The Council impeaches the Acting Minister through a 50% + 1 vote.
