Article 1: All banned individuals have the right to a speedy trial
Article 2: A banned user may request a trial at any time they wish, and will be granted the trial if the justices, lawyer and witnesses are free.
2.1: In case the trial can't be held, a date and time, preferably within a week will be decided.
2.2: In case the defendant and the prosecutor's timezones differ drastically and a common time is unable to be decided upon, the courts have the provision to start a trial via the means of a text channel where points can be posted when free. This ought to be a last resort and requires presidential approval.
2.3: A delay in trial must have a valid reason (either in roleplay or out of roleplay) and must be approved by the president.
Article 3: In case the judiciary decides that the defendant has served enough time in the prison before the trial, they can choose to release the accused without a trial.
