This act serves to ensure that we always have a full office that's online.
Council stuff

Article I
Runner ups for council elections may serve as emergency council members
Article II
If a person on council has been inactive or minimally active for the past five days, they may be temporarily removed.
Article III
As soon as a council member is able to return to their duties, they will be given their prior seat following a three day waiting period
Article IV
If a person continues to be absent for another 5 days, the person who was filling in has that seat for the rest of the term.
Article V
If a person has been filled in for more then twice, they will be unable to return to their position or run in the following election.
Article VI
If a person resigns from their role the prior article does not apply
