\#1: This court shall have the power of judicial review.
\#2: all writers of the revised constitution will be invited to be justices on the court
\#3: If a writer of the revised constitution refuses, a justice will be asked to serve a dual role on the judicial and constitutional court.
\#4: The order of court will go like this:

The plaintiff of the case will give an opening statement to the judiciary
The defendant of the case will do the same
Oral arguments will be heard. Prosecution first, then defence. The justices can ask questions.
Closing statement. Prosecution will go first, then defence. Prosecution shall be allowed a rebuttal.

\#5: If a justice serves as an attorney, they will recuse themself and a justice from the criminal court will be appointed.
\#6: After the case, two opinions will be written. The opinion of the majority, and the opinion of the dissent.
\#7: Justice is not a high office. (in the interest of population)
\#8: Justices will be confirmed by council
