Zeedith's first constitutional cleanup amendment

Preface: Just some cleanup, I plan to maybe create single unified document that contains the constitution and all current amendments that voids the amendments independently and enshrines them directly into the constitution in the future at some point-that would hopefully make a lot of things clearer. But for now this removes some ambiguity and loopholes I spotted.
Section 1: Articles to be repealed
Article 1: Section VIII, Article V "If a map is ever installed, registering to be a citizen of a town or city will be in census" of the constitution shall be voided in favor of the additional optional form established by the Census Amendment Act.
Section 2: Articles to be amended
Article 1: Section XI, Article II "Users must alert a mod or the President when their alt account is in use." shall be modified to read "Users must alert a mod or the President when their alt account is in use. Such an alert must contain their main account's username and the username of such alt account."
Article 2: Section 1, Article II "Power to create, change and repeal the laws shall emit from the people. No violation of the concepts of Democracy and the rule of law shall be tolerated." shall be amended to read "The citizenry shall maintain the power to create, change, and repeal the law. No person(s) may attempt to unlawfully take control of governmental processes by coup, other unlawful methods, or otherwise attempt to circumvent the democratic processes of TeenGovernment.".
Article 3: Section XII, Article I "Users may be banned for the following reasons, not limited to: Unconstitutional use of alt accounts, spying, bigotry and hate speech, treason, and abuse of mod, council, or via the use of presidential powers upon them." shall be amended to say "Users may be banned for breaking the laws of TeenGovernment or SMP rules. Examples of actions that can lead to a ban include, but are not limited to: Unconstitutional use of alt accounts, spying, bigotry, hate speech, treason, and unlawful abuse of moderator, council, or presidential rights or permissions."
Section 3: Articles to be added
Article 1: A new article shall be added to Section VIII that being Article XIII that reads "No official of TeenGovernment may attempt to prohibit, restrict, or otherwise prevent a registered citizen from creating a petition"
Article 2: The following shall be added as Section XVIII, Article V of the constitution: "'citizenry' shall be defined identically to population".
Section 4: Articles to be renumbered
Article 1: The duplicate "Article XI: Petition votes will be run by the minister of elections" shall be renumbered to read "Article XII: Petition votes will be run by the minister of elections"
Section 5: Enforcement
Article 1: This amendment shall immediately modify the constitution upon passing.
