Preface:
The purpose of this act is to encourage creativity, and for people to write for Tegovia. Heavily based on the Great American Novel, I believe this will be a fun challenge and achievement for any who try.
§1: a "Great Tegovian Novel" will hence be defined as the novel that the people of r/Teengovernment decide best represents their specific time in Tegovian history.
1a: a Great Tegovian Novel may be a Book, Television Show, Movie, Video Game, Manuscript, Fanfiction, or Paper.
1b: a Great Tegovian Novel does not need to be written by a Tegovian citizen, or for Tegovia itself. Both are not requirements, but an author may still do either or both.
1c: the options for the novel must be chosen from options that are publicly available, and have had at least one post mentioning them within r/Teengovernment.
§2: The Great Tegovian Novel is decided bi-monthly, by a public vote which includes every citizen.
2a: A list of 10 possible choices for the Great Tegovian Novel is to be chosen by council, and passed by the Vice President. This list will then be posted publicly via a Strawpoll.
