Introduction
This amendment establishes clear responsibilities for electoral transparency and census based data collection within TeenGov, ensuring better documentation, informed governance, and improved accessibility for all citizens.
Article I
i) The Election Minister must calculate and publish the voter turnout percentage after the declaration of every election result. This is calculated by dividing the number of people who voted by the total number of eligible voters and then multiplying by 100.
ii) The Election Minister shall release the full results of every election, including the exact number of votes received by each candidate, and not solely the winners (like this time's results).
Article II
The Census shall be expanded to include additional demographic and participation related questions to better understand the community.
i) In addition to existing questions, the Census shall include additional questions like:

• Are you willing to use Discord?
• If answered yes to the question asked above, what is your discord username?
• Have you joined the TG main discord server?
• If answered no to the above question, would you like to join the TG main discord server?
Due to the passage of "The Fuck Ban Evasion Act", common citizens cannot issue discord invite links to the main server anymore, so it would be mandatory for the concerned authorities (mods, MET or COA members) to issue the discord invite link to the people who would like to join the TG main discord server after receiving the data from the census minister.
Personal questions for Demographic purposes =
• What gender do you identify with?
• What is your age?
• What is your religious affiliation?
• Which nation are you a citizen of?
All of the above mentioned personal questions shall be asked for the sole purpose of maintaining demographic data and shall not be required questions and if done in multiple choice format then they shall include a "Prefer not to say" option to ensure voluntary participation and protect privacy.
ii) The Census Minister shall release the demographic data after the census results have been declared and at their own convenience.
iii) The TG Wiki Team shall be responsible for promptly initiating documentation procedures and creating a dedicated "Demographics" page to record and maintain this data.
