Preface: Due to Zeedith’s First Constitutional Cleanup Amendment possibly transferring the responsibility for administering petition votes back to the Election Minister, I propose this amendment.
Article I: All official government votes relating to petitions shall be placed under the Referendum Minister’s jurisdiction.
