Article 1: At the start of RP, the government shall own all land and natural resources
Article 2: The government may sell off the land and rights to natural resources
Article 3: If any company is found to have violated any laws, workers rights, environmental standards, or if the courts decide they have engaged in unethical conduct, land rights and rights to natural resources may be revoked
Article 4: Land claims bigger 5 Miles must be voted on by the balance team
Article 5: If a company continues operations on lands they do not own, the government reserves the right to use military action
