section 1
article I: hencefort, SMP moderators have a legal duty and obligation to update all official teen government sidebar rules, under the case of amendment
once amendment occurs, they must update the sidebar within 48 hours, the one who does this updating is to be any moderator which does so, yet it must be done by a moderator
II enforcement
article i: if 48 hours pass without a proper update to any sidebar law, all moderators face the following disciplinary action.
first occurrence: all moderators are to be labeled and a SMP post stating their failure must be made, and is to be done via the Speaker of council.
second occurrence: another post, done via the speaker, shall occur.
third: impeachment of all moderators with 3 occurrences shall occur, and a special election will occur to regain moderation, held via the election minister, and done via basic practices
gathering runners
2 days post all names shall be placed upon a google form, held by the election minister
proper elections shall occur, requiring voter codes
once concluded, 3 days post, the top runners, of which would cleanly replace the lost moderators, are to be given the seat of moderator.
