section I
article I: henceforth, SMP moderators have a legal duty and obligation to update all official teen government sidebar rules, under the case of amendment
once amendment occurs, they must update the sidebar within 48 hours, the one who does this updating is to be any moderator which does so, yet it must be done by a moderator
II enforcement
article i: if 48 hours pass without a proper update to any sidebar law, all moderators face the following disciplinary action.
first occurrence: No consequences
second occurrence: no consequences
third occurrence: no consequence
Fourth occurrence: under the scenario the Ombudsman, and Speaker of the Council agree, they may call upon an impeachment trial, which follows the following steps, if not done within the statute of limitation, it is considered null and void.
gathering runners
2 days post all names shall be placed upon a google form, held by the election minister
proper elections shall occur, requiring voter codes
once concluded, 3 days post, the top runners, of which would cleanly replace the lost moderators, are to be given the seat of moderator.
