Section 1: Terms
Article 1: The following shall be amended to the constitution "No member of the citizenry shall be held in contempt or otherwise punished for inaction due to the required action being physically and/or electronically impossible. (e.g. A mod can't be prosecuted for not changing a rule to a new one passed by council if the new rule exceeds the character limit of 500 Reddit enforces for rules and they literally can't update it)".
Article 2: If whether something is impossible or not is in question the courts shall decide. This decision can be reversed by council with either a super-majority of council OR a simple majority in favor + either the vice president or president concurring.
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This amendment is to immediately amend the constitution upon passing.
