Definitions:
Override: When one piece of legislation takes precedence over another contradicting piece of legislation when determining what is law.
Renumber: The act of correcting the numbering of a piece of legislation.
Article I: If a piece of legislation renumbers a previous piece of legislation, the renumbered part of the renumbered legislation shall not override legislation passed after the passage of the renumbered legislation unless if the renumbered part of the renumbered legislation is edited in ways other than the renumbering and/or the renumbering legislation explicitly states that it does override legislation passed after the renumbered legislation.
