Constitution Numerical Fixes

This is written by me, and aided heavily by Srjiit, thank you srijit

1. As previously mentioned, section 2 will have the second article X and all above articles within the section boosted by 1.

1. Section 2 article (currently) XII will be rewritten as there seems to be no article “XXVII” (if there is, tell me!)

1. Section 3 has 3 article VII’s. These will respectively be changed to VII, VIII, and IX

1. Section 5 has 2 article VII’s. The second will be changed to VIII.

1. There are 2 section 6’s. The second VI (of the laws) and all higher sections will be boosted by 1.

1. Section 8 has 2 article VII’s and article XI’s. The second VII and all following numbers will be boosted by 1, while the second XI will become XIII.

1. Section 13 skips article IV. Articles V through VII will be lowered by 1 each.

1. Section 14 does not use Roman numerals whilst all other sections do. This will be fixed.
2. Section 15 skips article V. VI and VII will be lowered by 1 each.

1. Section 16 uses “1” instead of “I” while all other articles use Roman numerals. This will be fixed.

1. Section 21 will be written into the constitution rather than a link to the amendments original text.

1. Section 9 article II and VI seem to contradict each other. One of these must be changed or removed to remove the contradiction.
