Section 1: Terms
Article 1: The existing Section IX of the constitution "On chats and platforms outside of the Sub’s Main Page (SMP)" in its entirety shall be voided.
Article 2: Section IX of the constitution shall be replaced with the contents of section 2 of this amendment.
Section 2: Concerning servers, group chats, and other TG-related platforms outside of the SMP.
Article 1: All TG-related servers, group chats, and other TG-related platforms (as defined by the Separation of Unrelated Servers Amendment) must be moderated.
Article 2: No banned member may moderate a TG-related server, group chat, or other TG-related platform.
Article 3: Banned members may be in TG-related servers, group chats, and other TG-related platforms if the moderator of such space allows them unless they are being punished under the Digital Capital Punishment Act V2.
Article 4: Actions off-SMP on TG-related servers, group chats, and other TG-related platforms may lead to bans on the SMP.
Article 5: Off-SMP TG-related servers, group chats, and other platforms may be partisan or non-partisan but must be unbiased in moderator action.
Article 6: If a moderator of a TG-related space intentionally breaches any of the terms of this section, harbors a violator of TeenGovernment law, or helps someone violating TeenGovernment law in breaking the law they may be punished with a ban with a length between 1 week and permanent.
Article 7: to "harbor" and "harboring" are defined as knowingly protecting a violator of the law when they should be disallowed from being in said server under the Digital Capital Punishment Act V2, by a motion from council, or by a presidential decree.
Article 8: Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to supersede protections established under the Freedom of Association Amendment or the Separation of Unrelated Servers Amendment.
Section 3: Enactment
Article 1: This amendment shall immediately amend the constitution upon passing.
