About twice as many people did not want it compared to people who did, not even counting the gray zone everyone who abstained thought. Already widely disliked, it's clear there were mistakes made in its creation. While I personally think the basic idea behind it is good, the way it was expressed in the amendment the people have decided should not be passed. Edit: spelling
