Article I) When the economy update is to come out, a new minister position shall be created. The “Minister of Commerce.” Article II) The Minister of Commerce shall facilitate economic growth by how they see fit. They may not add, update, or change any kind of legislative text by any other process other than the regulation propositions to council. They will advise the President on the current economic affairs of the state. Article III) The Minister of Commerce will conduct an “economic census”, maintaining the following statistical data. Article III, Section I) Ratio of employed citizens to unemployed. Article III, Section II) Number of independent corporations/businesses. Article IV) The Minister of Census may lobby Council, as a part of their duty, for economic bills to be passed, if they see fit. Open to change. EDIT: check money bill ii
