Y'know in real life how people gotta get certified and shit to do lawyer stuff, we should do that here Article I All judges and lawyers are required to complete a bar test to be able to appear as one in court (short answer and multiple choice) Article II The chief justice will look over the test and determine wether or not the person is eligible to be in said roll Article III The test will need to be updated following any major changes to judicial systems or, if needed, once every 3 months Article IV Following a failure is the test, a person will have to wait two weeks to retry it Article V If a person is believed to have faked the test and it has been voted by council, the person will be required to screenshare the process Article VI Following a council vote, a lawyer may be required to redo their bar test I will make the initial test, and will thus be exempt from taking it (following a separate council vote if y'all want) I will be looking through answers until a chief justice arrives Oh and reasoning behind this, no disrespect to some of y'all, but you have no idea what's happening, and that leads to bias and mistrials and all that Sorry for the long read council, please please please, if you decide to not vote it in, may you dm me on discord or here so we can workshop it.
