Sponsor: u/ForsakenBuilder7061 Overview: This should help to create a list of priorities for who takes temporary Speaker roles in the case that the position of Speaker of Council is vacant. Article I: Priority of Selection * I.I: In the case that the position of Speaker of Council is vacant, the Speaker Pro Tempore shall be selected by way of the Priority of Selection list.

• I.II: Only Members of Council who meet the parameters may be selected. * I.III: If no Member of Council meets the parameter, the President may select a Member of Council at will to serve as Speaker Pro Tempore.
• I.IV: The lists goes as: 1 - Former Speaker of Council not removed after the previous election had concluded. 2 - Former President. 3 - Former Vice President. 4 - Longest total serving Member of Council. 5 - Elected twice consecutively to Council.
• I.V: If a Member of Council refuses the position of Speaker Pro Tempore, it shall move to the next in line. Article II: Motion to Amend the Act * II.I: Council has the ability by a 50%+1 vote to motion to change the Priority of Selection. Article III: Enactment of the Act * III.I: The act shall take effect immediately upon passage.
