Co-sponsor: British\_QuestionMark. MTGWA Preamble: For the funny. Definition: Prank: A joke or stunt pulled on another person, which both parties, the doer and the victim, are not harmed nor feel ill will towards the other from it. Joke: A humorous attempt cause whimsy or laughter. Section I: Freedom of action. Article I: Henceforth, any individual in power may use this power for a prank or joke (i.e: A Discord Mod timing an individual out and immediately undoing it, or deleting a message, of which did not contain any political information.) Article II: Article I is null and void if the party that is affected tells them to stop, or refuses the idea. Article III: Article I may not, and shan't extend towards political information nor actions, nor may it be done within court servers or in actions which may harm or besmirch an individual. Article VI: All legislation, made after this or before, which doesn't directly amend this, is to be considered null and void if it would infringe on the freedom associated with this law. Yet only articles which directly infringe upon this law will be revoked, and no law will be entirely considered void under this laws passing Article V: If an individual believes this law was abused (i.e: To gain political advantage by quieting opposition), they may sue, and if the Judiciary believes what they did to be in violation of this law, they may demand impeachment. Section II: Enactment Article I: This shall come into effect immediately. Article II: No individual may force or corner an individual into abusing power, even if falling under this law, telling or ordering an individual to do so is illegal Footnote: Made Section I Article IV work
