L.I.G.M.A. legislation Co-sponsor: u/Trickster-123 Article I: At the Election Minister’s request, the Referendum Minister must send a screenshot of the results summary of any ongoing referendums to the Election Minister. Likewise, at the Referendum Minister’s request, the Election Minister must send a screenshot of the results summary of any ongoing elections to the Referendum Minister. If a request is not fulfilled within 48 hours, the minister who did not fulfill the request may be impeached and must give the responsibilities for running the election or referendum to one of the following: 1. The Census Minister

The minister who made the request
An acting minister appointed by the president to run the election or referendum
A new minister in the position of the impeached one Article II: There may not be more than 2 requests for the screenshots of results per day, except where an exception to this rule is made in this and any future amendments. Article III: If either minister finds any discrepancies between the stated results of the referendum or election and the results of the referendum or election as recorded by the latest screenshot, that minister shall ask the minister presiding over the referendum or election to send another screenshot of the referendum or election. If this final screenshot contains any discrepancies with the stated results, the minister presiding over the election or referendum must explain these discrepancies. If the minister who is not presiding over the election or referendum does not believe the minister presiding over the election or referendum, they shall file for the Ombudsman to investigate the case. Article IV: In the investigation, the Ombudsman may ask the minister presiding over the election or referendum for screenshots of anything which does not mention a voter’s voter code. If the Ombudsman decides that there’s enough evidence that the election or referendum’s stated results were misrepresentative of the actual results, the minister who is not presiding over the election or referendum shall post the actual results of the election or referendum, and these shall be used as the actual results of the election or referendum.
