Preamble: The repeated nature of foreign travelers causing conflicts has led to hatred, infighting, and over-defensiveness of individuals who cause issues. Societal damage: Making Teen Government, objectively and intentionally, worse. Must be proven, that beyond a reasonable doubt that an individual caused societal damage. This damage must be considered significant, and the effects of it must be long lasting, up to interpretation Personal attacks an individual: Insults the individual on a personal level, beyond political beliefs, or rule 1, done via a demeaning, harsh, hateful manner, which causes an individual to feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or feel in danger, while within Teen Government, must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Sexually speaks to another individual: This includes attempting to put an individual within a romantic or intimate relationship, attempting to initiate sexual conduct or speech (must be considered as flirting, speaking of intercourse, or other baseline ideas, saying words which mean sexual things shan’t be prohibited, i.e: sex, goon, etc), or pressuring an individual into doing sexual or intimate activities, or forcing an individual into sending pornography, of any kind, must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Article I: If any individual causes societal damage, or personally attacks an individual, or sexually speaks to another individual, within a Teen Government server, they are to face punishment by mod discretion, and if a moderator vote occurs, resulting in a unanimous mod approval, they may force a permanent ban on the user. Article II: An individual may appeal any ban imposed by this, if they can, beyond a reasonable doubt, prove their message did not fall under the description. Article III: This is to come into effect the moment of passing footnote, 9:13 edt, changed societal damage and the punishment clause changed sexual speech
