Sponsor: u/ForsakenBuilder7061 Cosponsor: u/Trickster-123 Overview: We have found that there have been some fixes needed in the Judicial system, and we hope that this can patch some of the holes in the system. Chief Justice Ineligibility Clause * CJI.1: The Chief Justice shall not concurrently serve in another government position, the position of Justice exempt.

CJI.2: If a Justice is to be confirmed to the position of Chief Justice, they must resign from all other positions of government, excluding Justice. **Lifelong Justice Tenure Clause** * LJT.1: The appointed term of Justice shall be for life, until resignation, removal, or death. **Expanded Communication of Justices Clause** * EXJ.1: A Discord server shall be established to allow direct communication between Justices. Future acts can describe the server further. **Transparency and Corruption of Justices Clause** * TCJ.1: Justices found to communicate with witnesses, defendants, or plaintiffs, in contexts related to the trial, via any manner which would be hidden from the public eye shall be an impeachable offense. **Clerk of the Court Clause** * CC.1: Establishment of the clerk position. * CC.2: Not classified as a higher office, but is nominated by the President and approved by the Chief Justice.
CC.3: The Clerk shall act as a judicial equivalent to the Press Minister, taking screenshots and recordings of non-private cases.
CC.4: The Clerk shall post Judicial Transparency Posts for non-private cases.
CC.5: The Clerk shall not be present for private cases. If found to have been present during a private case, they are subject to removal by the Chief Justice
CC.6: The Chief Justice may remove the Clerk at any point, but must provide reasoning for doing so **Enactment of the Amendment** * The Amendment shall take effect immediately upon passage.
