Sponsor: Revan Preamble: What if I'm banned on Reddit for a bit/perma? I should be allowed to run, I shouldn't be restricted upon Teen Governments offices nor the fruits of my accomplishment if I do win Sooo, this allows that, kinda. Representative: A nominated individual, of who, acts on the behalf of an elected council member in their stead Section I: Representation. Article I: Any individual, of who has won office within Council may elect themselves a representative. Article II: A representative is to gain access to the Voting GC, in the stead of the incapable or banned individual. Article III: The representative may only vote on laws the elected individual instructs them to, or vote as the elected individual instructs. Article IV: If a representative fails to properly vote, properly act, or follow the instructions of the Elected individual, the Elected individual may decide to remove them, deciding upon a new representative. Article V: The representative is not considered a higher office, and s prevent any individual from both holding this position and another, excluding Presidency or Ombudsman. Section II: Proof Article I: The representative must provide screenshots of the vote, done via by the elected individual alongside their reasoning. Article II: Failure to provide proof of the vote, the Elected individual claiming the representative failed in their duties, or otherwise failure to represent the elected individuals opinion shall lead to loss of position of the representative.
