Preface: I want to destress by doing some rather basic legislation, so here we go, this will basically ensure transactions are allowed. Article 1: Anyone may give a gift to someone else, whether currency property position or any other such thing, this will be considered a gift if nothing is given in return, it can have taxes set a different rate from transactions if decided as such by the government. Article 2: Citizens, organizations, economic entities, and parties, may make transactions. Article 3: Anyone or any economic entity or organization may do any transaction involving giving and receiving money, property, action, position, assets, or any other such thing, and expect to receive something agreed upon. Edit: Removed tax exemption
