Sponsor: u/ForsakenBuilder7061 Article I: Transfer of Powers I.I: In the case that the Vice President position is vacant, and there is an even-numbered Council, the Speaker of Council shall take on the tiebreaker powers. I.II: The Speaker of Council shall still cast their original vote, but in case of a tie, they may cast a second, tiebreaking vote. I.III: The Speaker Pro Tempore shall assume the tiebreaking powers if the conditions of I.I are met, as well as a vacant Speakership. Article II: Enactment of the Amendment II.I: The amendment shall take effect immediately upon passage.
