Article 1: Anyone with a valid Reddit account can register themselves as a registered citizen after the census to obtain a voter code by requesting the minister of census. Article 1.1: The minister of census may refuse, however they must provide a valid reason. If the reason is not valid, they can be sued. Article 2: This does not apply to individuals who have been declared guilty and/or awaiting trial. Article 3: This Act will be effective immediately after passing. Edit: Added 1.1, 2 Edit 2: used "registered citizen".
