This can be used at any time by the government or the people if a person on the council engages in corrupt behavior. If one or more councilmembers have gone rogue/suspected of having gone wrong and are presently making unconstitutional/non-democratic bills, laws, and/or other documents, this document may be used against them. Any population group/government official may start this act. Article I: General Notes If a person inside the council goes rogue and begins making unconstitutional/non-democratic documents, this act may be used alongside the primary impeachment amendment. “Rogue” can be defined as going against the normal structure of our government, in this instance. Why might this be used while we also have an impeachment protocol? As seen in some real-life governments, impeachment isn’t greatly efficient, especially if the “Rogues” in government are working together on a team to cause further harm to our constitution/democracy. NOT council members - meaning political “rogue team” loopholes cannot be used as well, whereas in rogue team loopholes, the council or other people(s) on the rogue team could simply vote not to impeach said perpetrator. This document may only be modified by population groups, NOT council members. If modifications are needed/wanted by the population, it must be by a supermajority of votes. This document may not be removed unless both a supermajority of votes are made and a reason is given. Article III: What does this “Secondary Impeachment” do? The secondary impeachment act makes sure that if government officials team together to rig/loophole the constitution or amendments, the people will be there to stop it using a list of extra rules (outlined in this document). Article IV: Actions Taken, Evidence Needed, and Use Scenarios Future Council Corruption Act - Use Scenarios "> The following is a use scenario, in the simplicity that a five-year-old would understand: Future Council Corruption Act - Use Scenarios Actions will be taken against the said perpetrator(s). They’ll be processed in the judicial branch, where the jury and judge will decide their consequences, along with being voided of their position. EVIDENCE WILL BE NEEDED, if no evidence is given (Video Format with SOME frame movement, can involve simple mouse movement or scrolling, for Photoshop protection.) Without evidence, this will not go into effect unless a supermajority of the public believes that the evidence is in plain sight, and no evidence will be required on the evidence page.
