Ombudsman further conflicts of interest Sec I: Naming This law is to be known as the Ombudsman conflict of interests amendment of the 31st, otherwise as the OCOIA. Sec II: Conflict of interest. (a) All contradicting laws, on Ombudsman checks and balances, are to have all Articles contradicting this law struck. (b) The following conflict of Interests are considered to be the only active conflict of interests for an Ombudsman, alongside general amendments of the Ombudsman's investigations. (1): An Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating their own party, or a party they hold any affiliation within (including honorary membership) (2): An Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating a company, business, NGO, AGO, or any later established organization they hold affiliation within. (3): An Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating themselves, or any other person they share a body mind or general status of (D.I.D/Plurality) (4): An Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating any individual, of which, they would be evidently unable to be unbiased within (Individuals with provable close bonds, provable high association, or provably any relation, in a positive sense, which may risk the omitting of evidence, any chance of this occurring shall lead to them being incapable of investigation). (5): An Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating a server, of which does not fall under the Unrelated Servers Amendment. (6): The Unrelated Servers Amendment is to strike “which includes but is not limited to the following.”, replacing it with “which includes” (7) The Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating a coalition they are apart of. (8) The Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating an individual currently serving a ban or is currently, provably, not in any Teen Government servers. (9) The Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating non-animate or not real individuals or ideas (10) The Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating more than one person per investigation, more than one server per investigation, or more than one crime in an investigation. (11) The Ombudsman is prohibited from asking if an individual or party ever committed a crime, and the dates must be clearly outlined, of when the investigations supposed crime occurred, of which must comply with the Statute of Limitations, and failure to outline the dates leads to it being null (12) The Ombudsman is prohibited from investigating a private trial, or contents in one, yet they may investigate an individual for revealing or leaking information in relation to a Private Trial. Sec III: The “Ombudsman needs to go outside”. (a) An individual currently subject to an active investigation cannot be targeted by, or included in, any other simultaneous or concurrent investigation .(b) An individual who has been investigated for a specific violation of the law cannot be reinvestigated for the same violation under the same set of circumstances.
