Article 1: In order to run for a governor position, you must be registered via the map census in the province you intend to govern.
Article 2: In order to run for a mayor position, you must be registered via the map census in the city you intend to govern.
Article 3: If someone is not registered in the off-season, they may DM the census minister and be assigned a location. \*
Article 4: Only people who have registered for provincial citizenship (or gotten a province assigned through A3) may vote for the governor of said province) \*
Article 5: Only people who have registered for citizenship in a city or a town (or gotten a city/town assigned through A3) may vote for the mayor of said city or town \*
Article 6: If an individual moves or temporarily changes locations, they may still be eligible to run and vote for said candidates as long as they plan to return to the city/town/subdivision before the next election cycle \*
