Section 1: Terms
Article 1: No law shall make it required to do the map census. The map census shall always remain entirely optional.
Article 2: Any clause or article that requires you to have registered with the map census to do something shall be voided.
Article 3: If someone chooses not to fill out the map census they will be allowed to (once the economy launches):(a) Roam from place to place.(b) Choose a city when the sign-up for the economy.(c) Be given a random home city if they choose neither a nor b.
Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This act shall go immediately into affect.
