Our community faces an increasingly dire crisis. We are steadily losing people with little gained. I see fit to spend the next period of time greatly expanding our marketing wing and finding reforms to end this crisis. If we do not act swiftly we risk our community slowly atrophying, I will not let this community which I owe so much succumb to such a fate. This community has given me friends, empathy, compassion, fun, hell I will admit I would not be alive today without certain people in this community. I will not let this community go down without using my full authority to try and save it first, I owe the community at least that much.
My first step is not a legal change though. I call on all citizens to seek out their friends, and if you find they are interested in politics bring them to this community. It shall both rejuvenate our numbers and provide them with some of the same blessings of acceptance this community gave me.
My next action is the creation of the Presidential Recognition of Community Growth Effort (PRCGE). I will give at my discretion rewards to any citizen of whom I find their efforts to bring in members significant. Whether by the creation of posters, well written words, or any other large scale attempt of growth. I call on all citizens to attempt to earn this. These awards will include a somewhat significant Teengovian reward that will be payed out soon after the economies start. (as Teengovian is a FIAT currency we will not know how much will be needed until the market sets the currencies value, but I promise once we determine the proper value the reward will be clearly proper)
My last action in this specific declaration is the creation of a special team of indeterminate number who works under the foreign minister. This team shall legally be considered non governmental for the sake of those who hold other offices being allowed to have this position, we need all hands on deck. The president, foreign minister, and council can add members, as this is not a minister no conformation vote is needed.
I will take further actions with my full effort as needed.
