I find it vital to make work on the second front of our population battle, retention, like a glass with a hole we cannot grow this community without retaining members.
First off there will be not one but two ministers of mental health, mental health is a matter of upmost importance and both our more reddit leaning and more discord leaning members must have support to stay in sound mind for their sake and the community as a whole.
My two nominations for mental health are Larab for the reddit focused side and Revan former political regulation minister for the reddit leaning side
My next decree via emergency powers is the creation of a new minister, a "Minister of entertainment", who has a duty to create and bring interesting activities and the such for members of the community to engage in for entertainment purposes.
These actions shall help our community continue to grow at scale by improving quality of life, which therefore will improve retention of members. We must take all action possible to fight the battle of not just near term growth but sustainable growth, and this is a vital step in doing that.
