Due to some loopholes and alex voting early on the last one: I present anime girl protection act but modified!

Section 1: Terms
Article 1: No one shall attempt to restrict access to, or the right to post, images of anime girls.
Article 2: Any official and/or moderator who breaches §1.1 shall be held accountable by the courts.
Article 3: This act does not:

(i): Affect and/or allow sexually explicit(18+/NSFW) content,
(ii): Allow the furtherance of other crimes,
(iii): Allow aforementioned anime girl images to be used for harassment, or
(iv): Prohibit moderators from timely removing anime girl images which contain text of hate speech or otherwise text that breaks sub rules.

Section 2: Enactment
Article 1: This act shall go into affect immediately upon passing.
