Me doing another small constitutional emergency decree because I want to end my term with something, since we haven't fixed this yet it's a reminder but the new constitution will fix this loophole anyways so no reason to get worried, really just using this for the sake of it and to fix a small issue

If one signs a contract that directly violates another contract directly the more recently signed contract is void, if they do not inherently contradict but instructions conflict due to circumstances the older contract has priority (ie if a contract says do B if A and not C, and a more recent one says do C if A and not B, you do B)
