Article I: In the event that the latest census turns out with less than 65 respondants, preparations will begin for an advertising campaign.
Article II: The entities of Council, Foreign Minister and Census Minister, will work together to decide how the advertising campaign will take place. Including, but not limited to:
What subreddits, discord servers, or other social media platforms it will affect.
How aggressive it will be, taking into account past attempts.
What style to use, and what format.
Article III: Once the preparations are finished, the campaign will begin the following day. If any problems are to arise with moderation with foreign entities, all campaign in said entity is to be recalled.
